Our Mission

The mission of IAAf is to provide outreach and support to disenfranchised males, primarily fathers and grandfathers by promoting, uplift, and reintegration through advocacy in the areas of employment, education, social and community programs, parenting skills, and mentoring. The IAAF promotes the profoundly important role of fathers which can lend to the stability and success of families.


IAAF mission is to provide services that enable men to become self-sufficient, productive, and proactive within their communities and in their day to day lives.

Purpose

Our purpose is to reach a diverse demographic of men to provde necessary tools to live a successful life in today's society.
